I've been doing the math...and boy does my brain hurt.
If I need around 2700 calories to go about my day, then 2200 would be the goal for a 1 lb loss weekly, therefore a 1800 kcal goal would equate to about a 2 lb weekly loss, yes? Thank heavens I'm tall!
11:00 a.m. - One nectarine and some yogurt (200 kcals)
12:00 - Whole wheat bread with red pepper hummus, chicken, and pickles (440 kcals) and 10 Fritos (160 kcals)
2:00 p.m. - Fruit & nut bar (140 kcals)
2:15 p.m. - Fruit & nut bar (140 kcals)
4:50 p.m. - Lean Pocket (240 kcals)
6:15 p.m. - Animal crackers (200 kcals)
9:50 p.m. - Lean Pocket (240 kcals)
11:30 p.m. - One nectarine (100 kcals)
