She is driving me bonkers.
If I say I'm going to do something, don't just do it before I have a chance. I hate that so much. Why ask me to do something in the first place if you are going to quickly deem me incompetent and take over anyway?
And it's not even that the task gets done before I get a chance to do it; it's that I don't even know it's done until I go to do it!

one example
Last week I asked TheControlFreak if she had noticed if we were low on paper. She emphatically replied that we had plenty. So yesterday when I was putting together a little shopping list for Office Max I was surprised that she declared we needed paper. Had we gone through that many reams in a few days? Ok. So I put it on my list. However, when I finally got down to Office Max it was during my little rush to get everything ready for the seminar yesterday. I forgot to get paper while I was out.
So yesterday I told T.C.F. this, and she just about freaked out. I said, "But I'll put in an order for it." "It won't get here in time!" she proclaimed, which surprised me...it's just paper, chill out. I told her that we still have about 800 sheets and she shot back, "We only have ONE REAM?!" Whoa there, Tiger. I said I would take care of it, we'd be fine.
So because of her freaking out I decided that today I would just swing by the store rather than placing an order. But when I walk in the office this morning T.C.F. has just finished up an order for paper. OH MY HEAVENS. Chill out.
Then of course I am left to feel like an incompetent idiot when she turns and asks, "You didn't order it yesterday, did you?"
