my lips started to go ballistic

2 o'clock to 4 o'clock is the very longest stretch of time for me. There is nothing to look forward to. Morning is nice because I have a fresh new start and things to do. Late morning is OK because I have my lunch hour to look forward to. After 4 is nice because I am finishing up and getting ready to leave. But from 2 to 4 I have the hardest time. I think we should implement office nap time. We could all spread out around the conference room.

I like working in an office. I'm much more comfortable behind a desk than on a sales floor. Also, I really prefer projects where I can be creative and make things my own than doing anything else. So I'm excited for my new title of Marketing Assistant.
Last week Jayar asked me to make a coupon for some clients, it didn't have to be perfect, just a rough idea. I played with a few ideas and decided on a check. I wrote it out all nicely, included a 'pay to the order of', the company logo, the contact information, all the appropriate lines and legal disclaimers. It looked rad, if I do say so myself.
I printed it out, cut it to the appropriate sizing, and brought it into Jayar's office. He glanced at it and asked what it was. (strike one) He liked my first version better (which I thought looked tacky) and asked me to reprint that one. (strike two) :( Sometimes I need my own fanclub to be excited over things for me.
