DAY THREE OF NEW YEARS IN VEGAS aka Drunk Mexicans and Mardi Gras Beads

I found my camera this morning. I was so dang excited.
We divvied up the temporary tattoos. Ryan had a clown on his neck and two dinosaurs on his arm. I had a sun with swirls on my wrist and a cluster of heart with dagger-like things out of them on my chest. Zack had a pink unicorn on one side of his neck and something else on the other, I don't remember what. TDawgYo had a string of flowers around her arm and some other stuff on her other arm and a big red bird of some sorts on her wrist. I have no idea what Courtney had. Hahaha.

After taking a while to get our tattoos all on and dry we got ready to leave. Ryan took a packet of PopRocks and put them in one of my martini glasses. He then opened one of my bottles of Martinellis and proceeded to pour it into the PopRocks. Hahaha, random.
I was the last person ready...as usual. Really everyone who goes places with me should just realize that they should add a half hour onto the time they want to leave. It ain't gonna happen.

We climed into George (my car) and headed off. We first went to In & Out Burger and piled up on food. I really am not much of an In & Out fan anymore. Its just so blah. I love their marketing, I think they're genius in many ways. But their food...not so much.
Ryan, acting as my navigator, decided he wanted us to jump off the 95 and get on the 15 so we could get around the strip and not have to go down it. Well...I went North instead of South. ?!? I think what happened was the Southbound lane got packed quickly and I didn't realize I'd needed to get over until it was too late. Anyway, we drove that way for a little while until I got off, turned around, and found the onramp in the other direction.

We wandered through some casinos and TDawgYo went into every store again. She bought another hat. A cool fedora-y hat.
Courtney really wanted to see the Coca Cola Store and the M&M Store, so we headed down there. The Coke place had closed THREE MINUTES before we got there. Everywhere was shutting down early because of the New Years Eve celebrations going on soon. So we went next door to the M&M place for about fifteen minutes until they started kicking everyone out. Then we went down to the big gift shop a little ways down the street. We picked out a Nevada license plate keychain that said "Native" on it and told TDawgYo she needed to buy it. Ryan put on a Viking hat and started walking around yelling "FLAVOR FLAV!!!", hahaha. He asked if he should buy it, I told him he definitely should.
Just outside the gift shop was a big group of drunk Mexicans with huge mardi gras beads on. They were cheering and yelling and being hilarious. A ton of people were getting their pictures taken with them so ZackyZack, Courtney, and The Honeyman jumped in for a few pictures. The guys said the first one is free but the second would cost me twenty bucks, haha. TDawgYo was in the gift shop buying stuff for everyone she passed (or her relatives back home, whatever.)
">
We weren't sure what time they were shutting everything down and whether or not we'd be able to get my car out. We headed back to the New York, New York (where we were parked) and asked the security guys inside if we would be able to get my car out if we stayed for a few more hours. The dude said I'd be fine and that I'd be able to go out the back and jump on the freeway easily. Sweet.
We wandered around the New York, New York, making our way up to the roller coaster. Ryan was yelling "Flavor Flav!" every few minutes, getting stares and laughs and the occasional photograph taken. We saw a bride so I suggested to Ryan that he talk to them. The chick was flirting with Ryan, hahaha. I told them to pose for a photo. :) Courtney, TDawgYo, and The Honeyman went on the rollercoaster (I'm not paying over $15 for 30 seconds of fun, thanks) while Zacky and I wandered the arcade.
After wandering around the casino for a little bit I suggested we go somewhere where we could get a drink and sit and talk. We found a restaurant in the casino and went in there. Our waitress SUCKED.

We wandered around the strip for quite a while and found the street vendors who were selling the mardi gras beads. TDawgYo and Courtney bought a pack of 8 each. Ryan and I bought a can of silly string each. We were having a lot of fun. :D We wandered down quite a ways when we remembered that Zack had to be at a dudes house at 7 to pick up the car his brothers friend(?) bought, that he was driving home. So we headed back to New York, New York and picked up George.

The guy had given Zack what exit to get off the freeway and a few directions from there. I didn't know where that exit was, so I just tried to find it. Well...I went twenty minutes in the wrong direction. When we got to the exit for my house I turned around and headed the other way. I asked Zack to call the guy and ask him what other exits are around his (because I do know many of them.) Zack hit redial on his phone and when someone answered he said, "What exits are near yours?" He kept repeating himself so I realized he must have hit redial instead of dialing the guys number. I said, "Is that my house?" Because I had just used Zack's phone to call my family. Hahahahaha. Oh man, that was funny. He talked to my dad for a second and explained himself, hahaha.
Then Zack called the guy and asked him what exits were near his. The guy kept asking Zack where we were and what exit we had just passed. I gave the name of an exit that was a pretty far ways up still, because I knew we'd gone the wrong way. Zack was like, "We need to turn around and go the other way!" I kept yelling back, "We are fine!!! Tell him we are Southbound on the 95, what exit is near his?" He kept asking what exit we were coming up to, or just passing. So Zack would ask me and I just kept yelling back, "It doesn't matter!!! I know where I am going!!! What exit is near his?!?" Hahaha. I think I yelled it four or five times. I was so annoyed that the guy wouldn't just shut up and tell me what was near his exit. Finally he told me and I knew exactly where it was--about fifteen to twenty minutes away--so I yelled, "K, fine, I know where that is, hang up." Hahahahahaha.

After finally getting to the dude's house and getting the car we headed back to my house. We decided to go to Olive Garden and hilarity ensued including having TDawgYo do the Sweet&Low Challenge. Yuck.
