"Cake, cake, cake, cake, cake; just think about cake for a minute--Oh, it's a miracle!" - Greg Behrendt

I actually think in quotes, is that sad?

"I belong to a gym now--let me rephrase that--I don't belong there at all, but I go." - Ted Alexandro
For the first time in my life I have a gym membership. I wake up at 5 a.m. so I can be out the door by 5:40. When I get to the gym I meet up with Elizabeth and we start on the treadmills. I am a wimp and refuse to put it on any incline. I start at 2.5 and eventually work it up to 3.5-3.8ish. If at any point I am going faster than Elizabeth and she notices it, she will turn hers up a few more points. Hahaha. My official decision is that treadmills set to anything higher than 3.5 are not intended for large busted women. Nope.
We do that for a half hour then sometimes I go on the little bike thingy. Not the one where you are sitting up tall, leaning forward with your legs under you; the ones where you are mostly leaning back with your legs out in front of you. I begin to hate that machine within five minutes. Sometimes I push it to ten.

My very favorite machines at the gym are the thigh machines. Love them! I put it on 130 lbs. and do around 60-100 reps. I am fully convinced that my legs are the strongest part of my body. I can't punch, I feel like an idiot waving my arms about. But I can kick high and hard. Meow.

I for one know first hand about your super high, super strong kicks. Your feet have been many times quite close to the top of my head.
