Setting your guests ablaze = bad party

The planning of my birthday party begins the day after the previous party. I started shopping for this years party in February. But then it all changed...

After hosting Ellie's birthday party back in April I lost insterest in my own. Odd. I thought the feeling would go away. I'm always excited about my birthday party! But up 'til three weeks ago I was still not that into the idea.

Finally I'm getting into it! Which is good, because it is this weekend.

How things have changed:
Gone are the days of multiple guestlists, menu lists, To Do lists, etc. We're going totally casual now. Finally. Off-the-cuff fun. Random, stress-free. Which will hopefully mean: I will actually attend! Hahaha.

My parties and I have not always gotten along. Sometimes I want to smack someone.

I just found out it is supposed to rain on Friday. Why? Why does that always happen to me?

Hey, you learned to play drums on Don Osmond Jr's set?? I'm assuming he taught you? How did you arrange that? =)

Oh I wish!

Nah, he left them over here at my house. He is best friends with one of Clarke's friends (is that right, Eeeekralc?) and Clarke was in their band for like a week, hahahaha. So, yeah, it was there so their band could "jam". And Ekralc took it upon himself to teach me to play, him on Gus's drums I think, and me on Don's.
