I opened a checking account today. (My 2nd. I had the other one from 8th-12th grade.) It's weird things like those that remind me I'm not a kid anymore.

I wanted it. I had time, a car, a paycheck, and the ability. So I did it.

Susannah: "I was going to get Betty Boop checks 'cause they were really cute, but I just couldn't see myself paying tithing on a scantily clad woman."

I ended up getting the same type of checks (with a slight variation) that I had previously; they have cherub paintings on them.
