Honeyman ruft mich "Deutschland besessen."

I mean...
In about nine weeks I am going to Europe. France, England, and Italy, to be specific. My mother is suggesting we go north to Holland, or something like that, instead of Italy. No thanks!!!
I wish we were going to Germany or Austria. I love those places! We went there in the summer of 1999. Honeyman calls me "German obsessive."

It's not that I'm obsessed with German, specifically. It's just that my dad speaks it, so I've been saying "Gute nacht!" nearly every single night all of my life! I'm used to it. I like it. It's the only foreign language I can speak. (Except for my few oh-so-important likes in Spanish of "Kiss me a lot." and "Your lips are like grapes." Which I believe will come in handy one day.)

Plus, my German class was the very funnest class I had in high school! There were only about 10 of us in there, and Herr Sant was HILARIOUS. He is a strange man in his 60s who just retired and moved to Florida. He would get off-subject so easily and would talk about how much he hates Mexicans and the French for hours. Hahaha!
He always skipped me while calling the role. I'm not sure why. He would go: "Brittany?" (here) "Riis?" (here) "Susannah is here...Jared?" Ok, so I was quite a dominant figure in the class, but come on! I would occasionally yell "PRESENT!!!" while he skipped me, hahaha!

Oh fun times!
