I'm sick again. :( My mother told me repeatedly that if I didn't get some sleep I was going to get sick again. So the other day I was screaming through the house, "I hate it when mom is right!!!" I'm blah again. At least I still have my voice this time. :)
Because of my returned ickyness I spent most of the day in my room. Which, frankly, isn't that bad because I have both a computer and a TV. So I got in bed around 10 until 4. After Oprah ended, and my visting teachers came and left, I crawled back into bed.
At about 9 pm I realized that all I'd eaten today was a small bowl of granola cereal. I am trying to eat enough nowadays--though I'm still hurting to hit a thousand calories lately.
I mixed some cut up frozen chicken with frozen broccoli florets in a hot pan. When the chicken was mostly cooked I added some crushed pineapple with the juice. I let that all cook together then I added some Mrs Dash garlic & herb stuff and a handful of grated cheddar cheese.
Hahaha, I throw together the weirdest stuff, but it works out really well.
After I had a few bites of that (See! Even when I actually sit there and make something I hardly eat it! It's not on purpose!) Ellie called and was bored. She came over to drop off my keys, which I'd left at Danielle's house yesterday. We decided to go over to the UVSC dance, because Honeyman was there.
I learned a few things: * Apparently I don't listen to enough hiphop because I knew maybe 2 1/2 songs. * I can't dance, but that's not a new development. and * There are a lot of short guys around here. Wow. I mean, I know I am 6'1" in a good pair of heels, but come on!
I also learned that Dang, Gina! I have gotten a ton skinnier than I used to be! I got this pair of jeans in late November for our family picture. They were skintight until it hit the knee. I liked them because they fit in the butt and looked good. Ok, they no longer fit. The entire butt area is baggy. There is a whole ton of room in the thigh-area. It is SO WEIRD. I can now wear them way lower on my hips, but then the crotch is way low, hahaha. Who wants to fund a new wardrobe?
