I walked a mile with Deborah at 6:30 this morning, which was freezing but OK. Then, after I made a kick butt lunch of chicken with sweet&sour sauce and pineapple chunks I got lazy and was watching TV for a while and after Celebrity Fit Club and half of From Flab to Fab: Beyonce I decided to get off my booty. I ran on the treadmill while watching the second half of Fab to Flab and some of 100 Most Wanted Bodies. (Hello motivation!) And that was all after the plot of Taxi last night was about a chunky girl then I watched an hour long infomercial on Beach Body's Power90. (Ok, Ok, I get it! I'll get off my butt!)
And tonight I am again working out with Deborah. We are starting a new schedule of things--like walking in the morning and aerobics at night.
Who knows, I may get skinny yet.
