Whoa.

I went into surgery at 8:30 this morning. Eight hours later I am just now getting feeling back in my lower lip.

I'm loopy, but not as loopy as I was this morning. I got a short video of myself, puffy-faced and mouth full of gauze, which I'll upload later.

I've been sitting in one chair all day, mostly sleeping and watching The Food Network. I almost passed out when I went into the kitchen to refreeze my ice pack. All the blood left my face, I went cold, and grabbed the counter to stabilize myself while I considered my options. I breathed deeply a few times and RAN into the hall bathroom, where my mom found me hunched near the toilet.

Its been an interesting day.
