Tommy the Cat is my name, and I say unto thee

I don't make any decisions for myself.

I've come to realize that no matter what the decision (changing jobs, dyeing my hair, ordering lunch) I ask someone elses opinion. And it always throws me off when someone replies with "whatever you want" because that is part of the problem: I don't know what I want. I'll usually just go along with whatever anyone else wants for me.
Does that make me easy going or mindless?

So here is what I've decided for me:
I put in my two weeks notice at work.

I had no idea I was going to do it when I went to bed Sunday night. I woke up Monday morning with the decision made, as though I'd been debating it in my dreams all night.

I interviewed for a new job a few weeks ago and although it went well, they have not called me back. If they don't call me in the next two weeks I'm going to leave for Utah the second or third week of November, and stay through Christmas.

(And then I dyed my hair from the color my friend thought would be cool [orange {7K with K max}] to the color I wanted it [dark auburn {6RB}])
