I am more than slightly lusting after this machine. Sweet honk, why can't I have the fun toys? (they also got DVR after I left, ugh)
I'm in Utah :) The drive up was long but not bad. I have begun reading The DaVinci Code, and I really didn't want to like it. (Odd as that may be.) I wanted to hate it the same way I wanted to hate the Harry Potter books. Unfortunately I am enthralled with both. So I read that book the majority of the way up here. Stopping a few times to sing loudly along to the Yentl soundtrack, make an idiot of myself siging the Utah song ("with its mountains and valleys!"), and all-around silliness. I was getting carsick from reading, ick. I also made the mistake of wearing a sweatshirt with only a tank top under, I was burning up for the majority of the ride. I also had about 120 ounces of Diet Pepsi.
The moment I got here I laid on my bed, stared at my light (light, light) purple bedroom walls, opened my mail (nothing good), and ate some cotton candy. It feels like I never left.
My father has a group from his ward coming over tonight. My mother asked, "Is that one boy I want Susannah to meet in this group?" Never a good conversation opener, really. I plan on leaving before they all come; as was my usual routine. My parents really want me to stay, though. Ugh. My mom just said "He's nice, sweet, and tall. Not tall like gangly, just nice tall. And he's nice. I'd like you to meet him."
Now that is not necessarily a bad thing, as my mom does have the ability to "pick 'em" sometimes. It is the whole reverse situation. This poor guy is being dragged into 'meeting' the Bishops Daughter. Gag.
I think I will definitely ditch out of here early tonight.

Well, the poor guy is getting drug (dragged?) there whether or not you stay. I say stay - you never know - plus, maybe it will give you some good blogging material for tomorrow, lol.
As I am all for fun blog fodder, but I don't think my self esteem can take the hit.
We shall see, however.
