So, I've been sitting here at my computer for almost an hour. I'm waiting for Deborah to call so she, Meridith, and I can go down to court. (Mer got in a car accident--her fault.)
When I came home from work I told Mer that I am super tired and asked if she'd be OK with me not going and sleeping instead. She said she wanted me to go, so I gave in. Meridith said we had to wait for Deborah to call so I plopped down in my seat.
Ok, little did I know!!! It was planned for Deborah to call at 3:30. No one told me this!?!! I could be asleep right now! But no, I sat here waiting for Deb to call. Oh my goodness!!!
Gee. Meridith is not good at this "communication" thing.

The thing she didn't tell you is that I told her that Deobrah was supposed to call about 3:30 when she first walked in the door and told me that she was tired.

Sus: "Hey, Mer. You ready to go?"
Mer: "We have to wait for Deborah to call."
Sus: "Oh. I thought you were waiting for me."
Mer: "Who told you that?"
Sus: "Mom."
Mer: "When did you talk to Mom?"
Sus: "I stopped by the office on my way home. I had Dad's mug in the car, so I was bringing it back to him."
Mer: "Oh. Yeah, I was waiting for you AND Deb."
Sus: "I'm way tired. Would you feel bad if I didn't go with you?"
Mer: "Yes."
Sus: "Haha, ok, I'll go."
Not a mention about the fact that I had an hour to sleep. Not a one.

That does also not mention the part where you ignored me while saying something to yourself. At one point we were talking at the same time. That's when I told you.

Ah, I don't remember specifically, but that does happen often.
If you noticed I didn't listen to you when you said it then why didn't you tell me again?
