"You like-y?"

If you are chunky you can not use the same chart for Basal Metabolic Rate as skinny people. Therefore: By new calculations my BMR is 2,100 rather than my much cooler rate of 4,300. Why in the world would skinny people want to know their BMR? Why aren't the charts for chunky people, then the skinny people can do the lame-o extra calculations???

So, yeah, I'm at an insanely healthy -albeit boring- 2 pounds a week. Which means I am exactly on track for reaching my goal by Thanksgiving. Blast.
