Get Out of My Dreams, Get Into My Car

Two things have been prominent in my life this week: odd dreams and 80s music.

Yesterday I was shopping, and apparently trying on some clothes, when Christina Aguilera appeared to give her opinion on the outfits. (She liked them; time to change my clothing styles?) Christina and I were best friends from apparently yeeeeeaaars back. I was racking my brain trying to think of who else I was friends with who was famous. I kept trying to convince myself that Britney and I go way back, but then would go, "Oh yeah, no we don't. She is just a famous singer. Duh." (Oh! That clears it up. ;) )
Christina (who now likes to go by X-tina [I'm not making that up, Google it!]) and I hung out for a while while shopping. I said, "Oh yeah, I just saw 'Fabulous Life' of you today!" She said, "Yeah, it's pretty good." And that is when I woke up. Huh?
No more falling asleep while watching TV!

Having been born in the mid 80s, I don't remember a lot of the songs. But, for some reason, I have become obsessed with them now. I loooove cheezy 80s songs. How weird is that?
My new favorites include:
Don't You Want Me?
Get Out of My Dreams, Get Into My Car
Mr. Roboto
and all Paula Abdul (though I think that was early 90s)
